ADVISER TO BCA
Grand Avenue Capital was engaged by the shareholders of Bus and Coach America, to recapitalize the company providing sufficient equity to fund its growth plans. In addition, Grand Avenue also assisted senior management of the company in establishing a joint venture relationship with Zhengzhou Yutong (Henan Province), the largest bus manufacturer in the world. Other manufacturers in Shanghai and Xiamen were approached.
Grand Avenue assisted in managing this private placement transaction with accredited investors, providing valuation and other financial advisory services to the board of BCA, as well as managing the world-wide search for investors (including strategic and financial), and finally negotiating the ultimate transaction between the parties.
