Carlyle.png

Grand Avenue Capital assisted in the sale of the Carlyle Group's minority interest in Chongqing Polycomp International Corporation (CPIC), the third-largest fiberglass producer in China. Grand Avenue was engaged to assist Carlyle's principal investment banker, Goldman Sachs, in this transaction, providing valuation and other financial advisory services to both Carlyle and Goldman bankers. Grand Avenue was an instrumental partner in this transaction because of its deep understanding of the fiberglass industry, and specifically from work it had done for the top three fiberglass producers in China.

Chongqing Polycomp International Corp. (CPIC) is a large enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales of fiberglass products.  CPIC mainly produces high-quality alkali-free fiberglass and glass fabric products.

Grand Avenue participated in this transaction, providing valuation and other financial advisory services to Carlyle.
