Grand Avenue Capital managed the sale of Hoffman Video Systems to Anderson Audio Visual. 

Hoffman Video Systems was spun off from Hoffman Electronics in 1978 and is involved with designing, installing, and servicing audiovisual communications systems for clients in 33 states and 9 foreign countries.


Anderson Audio Visual was California’s largest Audio Visual Integration Company and 16th largest AV Company in the US.  


Grand Avenue managed this transaction, providing valuation and other financial advisory services to the board of Hoffman, managed the world-wide search for investors (including strategic and financial), and negotiated the ultimate transaction between the parties.
