Grand Avenue Capitalassisted the shareholders of Pacific Cheese Company in selling the assets of its division, CPC, to Schreiber Foods, one of the largest cheese producers in the United States. 


Grand Avenue Capital was engaged by the shareholders of Pacific Cheese Company to sell its processed cheese company in Reno, Nevada. CPC produces processed cheeses for the food manufacturing, restaurant, and food service industry.


Grand Avenue initially sought an equity partner to participate with management to acquire the company, then held discussions with a number of strategic candidates in China, New Zealand, Australia, Germany and the USA. Ultimately,  5 offers for the division were received from strategic acquirers outside the US and financial investors in the US.  The Company was sold to industry leader Schreiber Foods of Green Bay, Wisconsin, also a strong provider of processed cheese brands nationwide.
